You also agree to indemnify us for any loss, damages, or costs, including reasonable legal costs, resulting from your use of software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or any other action you take that imposes an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure.

Bare Coco Ltd and the shipper shall be held harmless from legal action resulting from the purchase or use of its products. The buyer is responsible for complying with their country's importation laws and all goods are shipped at the purchaser's own risks.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
